The Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation (MoCDTI) has announced a major human resource restructuring in line with the President’s governance reform agenda. This move is aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness within the Ministry, its agencies, and affiliated programs.

Minister Sam George has requested the CVs of all Directors and senior management staff, signaling an impending leadership shake-up. The restructuring has already begun with the initial phase impacting key institutions such as the National Communications Authority (NCA) and the Ghana Digital Acceleration Programme, which works in partnership with the World Bank. Further changes are expected across the Ministry and its agencies in the coming weeks.

In a statement released on Saturday, February 15, Minister Sam George acknowledged the dedication of all staff and expressed gratitude for their service to the nation. He wished them well in their future professional endeavors.

The restructuring is part of a broader initiative to enhance governance and effectiveness within the Ministry and its affiliated programs. The Ministry is committed to ensuring that the restructuring process is carried out smoothly and efficiently to achieve the desired goals.

Stay tuned for more updates on the ongoing human resource restructuring within the Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation. We are excited to see the positive impact this initiative will have on the efficiency and effectiveness of the Ministry and its affiliated programs.
