A tragic incident occurred in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Friday morning when a small plane crashed into a bus on a busy avenue, resulting in two fatalities and six injuries. The Beech F90 King Air aircraft had departed from Sao Paulo en route to Porto Alegre when the crash occurred, leaving two individuals charred in the fuselage.

The crash took place on Marques de Sao Vicente Avenue, with the plane colliding with a bus after the initial impact. Sao Paulo Governor Tarcisio de Freitas expressed his condolences on social media, confirming that the victims were the pilot and co-pilot of the aircraft. Despite the tragic event, he commended the swift response of the fire department in extinguishing the flames promptly and preventing further devastation.

Emergency responders attended to the scene, transporting a woman from the bus and a biker who had been struck by debris to the hospital for treatment. Additionally, four others sustained minor injuries in the incident. The prompt action of the fire department was crucial in minimizing the impact of the crash and preventing further casualties.

This unfortunate event serves as a reminder of the risks associated with air travel and the importance of emergency preparedness in such situations. The authorities are conducting investigations to determine the cause of the crash and prevent similar incidents in the future. Our thoughts are with the families of the victims and those affected by this tragedy.
