John Mulaney and Olivia Munn’s Secret Wedding Revealed
The private wedding of American actor and comedian John Mulaney and American actress Olivia Munn has been unveiled, shedding light on the couple’s special day.
Reports suggest that Mulaney and Munn tied the knot over the Fourth of July weekend last summer at a friend’s residence in New York. Mulaney recently shared amusing anecdotes from the event during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
The highlight of the ceremony was the surprise officiant, Munn’s co-star Sam Waterston from “The Newsroom,” who had jokingly offered to perform the ceremony if Munn ever got married.
When asked about Waterston’s decision to officiate, Mulaney humorously commented, “I think it was chit chat. But you take people for what they have to offer.”
Mulaney and Munn share two children together: three-year-old Malcolm and baby Méi, born in September last year. According to Mulaney, Malcolm stole the show during the ceremony.
Describing a funny moment, Mulaney recalled, “He went to the toilet in his diaper and announced it mid-vows. ‘Yes,’ said a sweaty little two-year-old in a tuxedo, ‘I’m pooping.'”
“It’s a spur-of-the-moment declaration,” Mulaney responded to Kimmel’s observation that Malcolm chose a unique time to make his announcement.
