Expanding Horizons: Hilton’s Rapid Growth in Morocco

Hilton, a global hospitality company, is set to more than double its presence in Morocco with the signing of nine new properties, totaling over 1,300 rooms across seven different brands. This expansion reflects the growing popularity of Morocco as a tourist destination, with a significant increase in visitors in recent years.

A Luxurious Addition: Waldorf Astoria and LXR Hotels & Resorts

One of the highlights of Hilton’s expansion in Morocco is the debut of the prestigious Waldorf Astoria in Rabat, the country’s capital. The hotel, set to open in 2025, will be part of a mixed-use development that will be the tallest building in Morocco. Additionally, the introduction of LXR Hotels & Resorts in Casablanca will offer luxury accommodation in the heart of the city.

Diverse Offerings: Curio Collection by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton

Adding to its portfolio, Hilton will also introduce lifestyle Curio Collection by Hilton hotels in Casablanca and Rabat, providing unique and immersive experiences for guests. In addition, the value-driven Hampton by Hilton properties in Benguérir and Fes will cater to budget-conscious travelers looking for quality accommodation.

Strategic Partnerships for Growth

Hilton has partnered with local developers to bring these new properties to life, ensuring that each hotel reflects the rich cultural heritage of Morocco while offering world-class hospitality services. The company’s commitment to expanding its presence in Morocco demonstrates its confidence in the country’s tourism industry.

Looking Ahead

With plans to exceed 20 hotels in Morocco in the coming years, Hilton is poised to become a leading player in the country’s hospitality sector. The new signings highlight the company’s dedication to providing a diverse range of accommodation options to meet the needs of all travelers visiting Morocco.
