bolttech, a leading insurtech firm based in Singapore, is set to enter the Kenyan market in October in collaboration with LOOP, the digital banking service under NCBA Bank Group. Together, they will introduce a new product called LOOP Flex, which will integrate device protection directly into the LOOP platform.

The innovative service will offer coverage for theft, accidental damage, liquid damage, mechanical breakdowns, and extended warranties. All repairs will be carried out by certified service centers using genuine manufacturer parts, providing customers with peace of mind.

This expansion into Kenya marks a significant milestone for bolttech as it continues to grow its global presence. Operating in over 35 markets across North America, Europe, and Asia, the company’s entry into Africa reflects the increasing demand for digital-first insurance solutions on the continent.

LOOP Digital Financial Services (DFS), the entity behind the LOOP platform, is already established in six markets across East and West Africa. With the support of NCBA Group and its extensive customer base of over 60 million users, bolttech is well-positioned to introduce LOOP Flex successfully.
