Lastly, Stoner suggests asking yourself, “If my mood were a color, what color am I feeling?” This question encourages you to associate your emotions with colors, making it easier to pinpoint how you’re feeling in that moment. By identifying your mood, you can better address your emotional needs and take steps to improve your well-being.
