A tragic incident unfolded at a posh Hamptons spa when the lifeless body of New York City artist Sabina Rosas was discovered. The shocking twist came when her partner, Thomas Gannon, confessed to her murder before taking his own life. The Wayne County coroner confirmed this revelation, citing a message Gannon had sent to a family member just before his death.

Gannon, a 56-year-old flooring contractor, was romantically involved with Rosas, who was also known as Sabina Khorramdel. The couple had checked into the luxurious Shou Subi Ban House in Water Mill, LI, for a relaxing getaway. After enjoying massages and facials, Gannon abruptly left the spa the next morning, leaving Rosas behind. He called an Uber to drive him 220 miles back to his home in Pennsylvania, where he later ended his own life.

Rosas’ body was found by a spa employee later that day, sparking speculation and rumors about the circumstances surrounding her death. Suffolk County authorities have been tight-lipped about the details, only confirming that her death was a result of violence. The murder weapon and the exact cause of death have not been disclosed to the public.

The tragic incident has left the art community reeling, as Rosas was a co-founder of the Ruyo Journal, a platform dedicated to showcasing Central Asian art. The journal released a statement on Instagram, urging the media to respect their privacy and cease sensationalizing the tragedy. They also warned against individuals impersonating Rosas’ fiance and friends, threatening legal action if private information is shared without consent.

Further details have emerged about Gannon’s personal life, with records showing that his wife of 25 years, Karen, filed for divorce in 2022. The divorce was finalized earlier this year, shedding light on the complexities of Gannon’s relationships.
