Westminster police are currently on the lookout for three male suspects who were involved in a series of break-ins and a shooting that took place on Saturday morning. The authorities were alerted by a resident who witnessed someone breaking into their vehicle near Winona Court and 72nd Avenue. Shortly after, another individual reported scaring off a person who attempted to break into their business near 70th Avenue and Raleigh Street.

The suspects fled the scene in a gold Kia Sedona minivan and proceeded to shoot at the driver of a vehicle at 76th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard. Thankfully, the driver escaped unharmed, although the bullet did penetrate the windshield of the vehicle.

According to the Westminster Police Department, the suspects were dressed in puffer jackets and masks, with at least one of them carrying a gun. Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding these crimes to contact investigators at 303-658-4360.

This incident highlights the importance of remaining vigilant and reporting any suspicious activity to law enforcement. By working together, we can help keep our communities safe from criminal activities.
