The accidental email attachment

Last week, my colleagues Casey Ross, Tara Bannow, Lizzy Lawrence, and I were working on a story when Casey dropped a bomb in our group chat. Casey was in contact with UnitedHealth Group for that story, and a company spokesperson accidentally sent him an 18-page confidential document that outlined talking points for its annual shareholder meeting, which took place on Monday.
