File photo of a worried man
Dear GhanaWeb,
I’m a 34-year-old man who has been struggling in relationships due to the size of my manhood. It has been a heartbreaking reason for me, and I am reaching out for guidance and help to improve my situation.
Despite being with a few women over the years, intimacy always seems to be a breaking point in my relationships. The truth about my size comes out, and they start to complain, lose interest, and eventually leave.
The longest relationship I had lasted almost a year, and even though she tried various treatments in hopes of solving the issue, she eventually walked away without saying goodbye. It was a devastating blow for me.
I am not giving up on my desire to start a family and settle down. My stable life and deep desire to give my mother grandchildren motivate me to find a solution to this problem.
Living with this pain every day is challenging, and I constantly question why I deserve this struggle. I am looking for genuine help and guidance to improve my situation and find a partner who truly accepts me for who I am.
I am not seeking sympathy, but rather a medically proven way to address this issue and come out on the other side. I want to experience love without shame and be the kind of man a woman desires both emotionally and physically.
