The Frema Foundation Brings Joy to Children at Assurance of Hope for the Needy Orphanage

The former Chief of Staff, Hon. Akosua Frema Osei-Opare, once again spread joy and hope to the children of the Assurance of Hope for the Needy orphanage in Teshie, Accra, on Easter Monday. Through her charitable organization, The Frema Foundation, Hon. Osei-Opare made a personal visit to the orphanage, a tradition she has upheld for the past four years. This visit is part of the Foundation’s ongoing mission to support underprivileged children and the institutions that care for them.

During her visit, The Frema Foundation provided a range of essential items to meet the immediate needs of the children and their caregivers. These donations included bags of foodstuffs, confectioneries, toiletries, school bags, children’s clothing, wax prints for the caregivers, and Bibles. The generosity of the Foundation was met with immense gratitude from the orphanage’s management and staff.

Hon. Osei-Opare, who has pledged to serve as a life patron of the orphanage, reaffirmed her commitment to the well-being of the children and promised continued support from her Foundation. She commended the caregivers for their dedication and hard work in nurturing the children, emphasizing the importance of their role in the children’s lives.

The day was filled with laughter, joy, and celebration as the children enjoyed a hearty feast and participated in various fun activities such as face painting, balloon twisting, games, singing, and dancing. The spirit of Easter was truly alive at the orphanage, with love and excitement permeating the atmosphere.
