Tasty Nation Launches First Quick Service Restaurant in Chilli Lane Shopping Centre

Tasty Nation, the renowned South African food brand known for its convenient, traditional meals, is thrilled to announce the opening of its inaugural quick service restaurant in Chilli Lane Shopping Centre, Sunninghill. This exciting new venture represents a significant expansion for the brand, bringing its dedication to authentic African flavors and convenience to a dine-in setting.

The restaurant, which officially opened this month, boasts a diverse menu that pays homage to the rich culinary heritage of South Africa and beyond. From timeless dishes like Mogodu and Thlakwana to crowd-pleasers such as Peri Peri Chicken and Beef Brisket, Tasty Nation’s restaurant caters to a wide spectrum of tastes and preferences.

“We are excited to bring the Tasty Nation experience to life within a restaurant environment,” stated Kelly Lewis, CEO of Tasty Nation.

“Our mission has always been to make traditional African cuisine easily accessible and convenient for modern consumers. With our new quick service restaurant, we are elevating that mission by providing a space where individuals can come together to savor familiar flavors in a welcoming atmosphere.”

The menu showcases an array of options, including traditional dishes like Mogodu (beef tripe) and Nhloko (beef head meat), as well as flame-grilled specialties like Peri Peri Chicken and Beef Short Rib. Additionally, guests can indulge in a selection of popular comfort foods such as Butter Chicken and Bobotie.

The introduction of this quick service restaurant is a natural progression for Tasty Nation, which has garnered a strong reputation for offering high-quality, ready-to-heat traditional meals in retail outlets.
