The Latest Social Grants Payment Dates Released by SASSA
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has recently announced the payment dates for social grants for the upcoming months of December 2024 and January 2025.
Payment Schedule:
December 2024:
- Older Persons Grant: 3 December 2024
- Disability Grant: 4 December 2024
- Children’s Grant: 5 December 2024
January 2025:
- Older Persons Grant: 3 January 2025
- Disability Grant: 6 January 2025
- Children’s Grant: 7 January 2025
Important Note: Social Relief of Distress (SRD) payments will be made earlier in December.
It is strongly advised that beneficiaries make a point to collect their payments on the specified dates or make use of authorized payment methods to ensure smooth transactions.
