Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah has made history once again in the Premier League by claiming the Golden Boot for a remarkable fourth time, matching the record set by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.
The Egyptian forward netted an impressive 29 goals this season, including a crucial equalizer in Liverpool’s final game against Crystal Palace, securing the Reds their 20th English top-flight title.
In the race for the Golden Boot, Newcastle’s Alexander Isak finished second with 23 goals, while Manchester City’s Erling Haaland, the winner in the past two seasons, settled for third place with 22 goals.
Having previously topped the scoring charts in the 2017/18, 2018/19, and 2021/22 seasons, Salah, now 32, shows no signs of slowing down. With a fresh two-year contract extension at Anfield, he is well-positioned to surpass Henry’s record in the future.
