Roc Nation Sports International (RNSI) is making a significant move into the African football market with a clear focus on nurturing elite talent and providing the necessary support for young athletes to thrive in their careers. This expansion comes after extensive research and due diligence, highlighting RNSI’s commitment to making a lasting impact on the continent.

The strategy in Africa involves forming partnerships with key territories and identifying top young talent to develop and support. Several promising players from countries like South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, The Gambia, Guinea, and Zimbabwe have already been signed by RNSI. These players, including Neo Bohloko, Ali Umar, Joseph Narbi, Francis Gomez, Ifeoluwa Olowoporoku, Mamadou Diallo, Tadiwa Chakuchichi, and Siyabonga Mabena, have been carefully selected for their skills and dedication both on and off the field.

RNSI’s head of global recruitment for football, Nathan Campbell, expressed excitement about the expansion into Africa and emphasized the importance of collaborating with local partners to understand and address the unique needs of African players. The addition of Grant Veitch as the director of Africa recruitment has been instrumental in driving this expansion project forward.

This move into Africa follows RNSI’s successful entry into the South American market in 2023, where they acquired the Brazil-based TFM Agency. With a growing roster of global footballing clients and a strong presence in London, RNSI is poised to become a top player in the football agency industry.

As RNSI continues to expand its global reach, the focus remains on identifying and nurturing the next generation of football stars. By working with partners and consultants across Africa and beyond, RNSI is committed to providing the best possible support for young athletes to achieve their full potential.
