New CAF Executive Committee maiden meeting to be staged in Accra on April 26

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) Executive Committee is set to convene in Accra, Ghana on April 26, 2025. The meeting will be held at the prestigious Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, marking the first gathering of the newly elected committee members.

One of the primary agenda items for the meeting is the election of CAF’s Vice-Presidents, in accordance with the organization’s statutes. The Vice-Presidents play a crucial role in the governance and development of African football, making their election a significant step towards advancing the sport on the continent.

The meeting will be presided over by the CAF President, who recently secured a fresh 4-year term following overwhelming support from the 54 Member Associations of CAF.
