Mighty Warriors Coach Attends CAF Women Instructors Development Workshop

Zimbabwe Football Association is excited to announce that the Head Coach of the Mighty Warriors, Sithethelelwe “Kwinji 15” Sibanda, is currently participating in the CAF Women Instructors Development Program workshop in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Taking place until Friday, 9 May 2025, this workshop is a crucial stage of the program following the successful completion of the online modules. It brings together top female coaches and instructors from across the continent to engage in intensive theoretical and practical sessions aimed at enhancing instructional capacity in women’s football.

Participants at the workshop will have the opportunity to benefit from expert presentations, collaborative knowledge sharing, and hands-on training. This program plays a crucial role in empowering female football instructors and strengthening the development of women’s football across Africa.

ZIFA extends their congratulations to Coach Sibanda for her participation in this workshop and reaffirms their commitment to supporting the continuous professional development of coaches and the advancement of women’s football in Zimbabwe.

As the workshop progresses, Coach Sibanda will gain valuable insights and skills that will further enhance her coaching abilities and contribute to the overall growth of women’s football in the country. Zimbabwe Football Association is proud to have a coach of her caliber representing the nation at such an esteemed event.
