Meryl Streep and Martin Short swear they aren’t dating … but, they’re certainly spending a lot of late nights together — pulling up to “Saturday Night Live” in the same car.
The two stars arrived at 30 Rockefeller Plaza just 10 minutes before the show was set to begin.
In a short clip, Meryl and Martin exit the car together and exchange pleasantries with a security guard before heading into the building.
Meryl greets some fans before they both enter the building. Despite their close bond, there’s no public display of affection between them.
Meryl and Martin’s friendship has been under scrutiny ever since they worked together on “Only Murders in the Building” alongside Selena Gomez and Steve Martin. Despite rumors, a representative for Short clarified last year that they are just good friends.
Recently, Meryl and Martin were spotted at various ‘SNL50’ events together, fueling more speculation about their relationship status. Jennifer Lopez also shared a backstage photo with them at the Broadway show “Oh, Mary!” alongside other celebrities.
