He agreed, and that’s how Personal Protection Alternatives (PPA) was born,” Lifman explained.

However, their once close relationship began to deteriorate, with Lifman claiming that Landman had gone quiet on him and was not responding to his messages.

“I gave him my heart, and he went quiet on me. I never asked him for anything, but he knew I needed help,” Lifman said.

Despite the rift between them, Landman continued to build PPA into a successful security company, providing protection services to the elite in Cape Town.

As the investigation into Lifman’s murder continues and the alleged connections between the suspects, Landman, and the underworld are being scrutinized, the truth behind the assassination plot remains shrouded in mystery.

With Landman reportedly in hiding due to death threats, the case takes on a new level of complexity as the web of intrigue surrounding the hit on Mark Lifman deepens.

Only time will tell what the outcome of this high-profile murder case will be and what further revelations may come to light as the investigation unfolds.

For now, Cape Town’s underworld remains on edge as the fallout from Lifman’s assassination continues to reverberate through the city’s criminal underworld.

Mark Lifman was filled with excitement as he embarked on the journey of becoming compliant with grading and registration. He was eager to follow all the necessary steps to ensure that his business was operating within the legal framework.

For the next six months, Lifman kept in close contact with his team, discussing progress and attending numerous meetings to ensure that everything was on track. However, he soon noticed a change in Landman’s behavior. He became distant and simply mentioned that things were moving slowly.

It was during this time that Landman decided to create PPA with Bernard Marais, a former investor of Lifman’s. This move came as a surprise to Lifman, as he had been working closely with Landman to ensure compliance and now found himself on the outside looking in.

The sudden shift in Landman’s behavior and the formation of PPA with Marais left Lifman feeling betrayed and confused. He had trusted Landman’s expertise and guidance, only to be blindsided by this unexpected turn of events.

Despite the challenges he faced, Lifman remained determined to navigate the complexities of the business world and ensure that his operations were above board. He continued to push forward, determined to overcome any obstacles that came his way.

In the dark underworld of business, where alliances are constantly shifting and loyalties are tested, Lifman’s experience serves as a cautionary tale. It is a reminder to always remain vigilant, to trust but verify, and to never let your guard down in the pursuit of success.
