Ghanaian Kumawood actor Abraham Kofi Davis, popularly known as Salinko, has tied the knot with his sweetheart, Lydia Arthur, two years after his divorce from Beatrice Owusu. The star-studded wedding was a glamorous affair attended by notable figures from the entertainment industry, including Don Little, who served as the best man.

The white wedding ceremony took place at the Ascension Methodist Church in Haatso, Accra. In a heartwarming moment captured on video, Lydia’s father escorted her down the aisle in an elegant all-white wedding dress with a cathedral veil, while Salinko looked dashing in a white suit paired with black trousers.

The groomsmen, including actor Big Akwes and broadcaster Dan Kwaku Yeboah from Peace FM, added to the celebratory atmosphere by bringing items to the venue. The wedding followed a beautiful traditional marriage ceremony held on November 8, 2024.

The videos and photos from the wedding have been widely shared on social media, with many admirers congratulating the actor on his new chapter in life. Comments such as “Congratulations to Salinko” and “So lovely and beautiful” flooded the actor’s social media pages, with fans expressing their excitement and best wishes for the newlyweds.

In a recent interview, Salinko opened up about the challenges he faced following his divorce, revealing that he struggled mentally and it affected his focus at work. “I almost ran mad, it affected my focus at work so much that I lost myself in my daily activities,” the actor shared. However, he sought restoration through listening to motivational messages and prayer, which helped him overcome this difficult period.
