John Banovich: A Pioneer in Conservation-First Luxury Tourism

Renowned wildlife artist and conservationist, John Banovich, is leading the way in conservation-first luxury tourism through his company Wildscapes Travel. With years of experience in Africa, Banovich has created bespoke safari experiences that prioritize wildlife preservation in the continent’s vital ecosystems.

His unique approach combines sustainable tourism with active conservation efforts, with the goal of safeguarding critical biomes for the benefit of future generations. In addition to supporting large-scale conservation projects, Banovich’s Wildscapes Foundation also funds scientific research, community development, and wildlife rescues, including those for endangered species like mountain gorillas and chimpanzees.

By adopting a holistic model that ensures the well-being of both wildlife and local communities, Banovich’s work sets a new standard for ethical and impactful tourism in Africa.
