Kumbeni Plans Cycling Expedition from Ghana to Morocco to Advocate for Clean Energy

Kumbeni, a passionate advocate for clean renewable energy, has been actively involved in cycling for several years. His dedication to promoting sustainable energy solutions recently gained widespread attention when he embarked on a remarkable 815km cycling journey from Bolgatanga to Accra to raise awareness about climate change.

During his long ride to the capital city, Kumbeni aimed to advocate for clean air in Ghana by encouraging cycling as a viable alternative mode of transportation. His efforts to promote eco-friendly practices and reduce carbon emissions have been commendable.

In a recent interview with Pulse.com.gh, Kumbeni expressed his commitment to driving social change through his cycling expeditions. He is now gearing up for a new challenge as he plans to cycle from Ghana to Morocco with the goal of spreading his advocacy across borders.

Speaking exclusively to Pulse.com.gh, Kumbeni shared his upcoming plans, stating, “A date hasn’t been set yet but the plan is to ride from Ghana to Morocco. I’m still planning with my team to make it happen.”

As he prepares for this ambitious journey, Kumbeni is reaching out to the public and corporate sponsors for support to ensure the success of his upcoming adventure. His determination to promote sustainable energy solutions on a global scale is truly inspiring.

Furthermore, in August, Kumbeni led a group of cyclists in a 23km ride to promote peace in Zebilla, Upper East Region. Amidst ethnic conflicts in the area, the cyclists engaged with communities along the route to emphasize the importance of maintaining peace and harmony.
