Dr Aris Latham, a renowned gourmet raw food pioneer, is eagerly anticipating his visit to South Africa where he will be the headline speaker at the fifth edition of The Good Life Show. With a strong passion for promoting the benefits of fresh, living foods, Dr Aris aims to inspire people to embrace a healthier lifestyle through their dietary choices.

During the festival, which will be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 30 May to 1 June and at the Kyalami International Convention Centre in Joburg from 1 August to 3 August, Dr Aris will share his expertise on raw cuisine. The event is designed for individuals interested in food, health, wellness, and conscious living, as well as trade professionals in the retail and food service industries.

With decades of experience teaching chefs and food enthusiasts about raw food benefits, Dr Aris has conducted culinary workshops around the world, from the European Vegetarian Congress in Italy to the World Veg Fest in India. He believes that more chefs are embracing plant-based cooking, and he hopes to encourage South African chefs to explore the exciting world of raw cuisine.

As a keynote speaker at The Good Life Show, Dr Aris will showcase his culinary skills through demonstrations and a Masterclass where he will teach attendees how to prepare dishes like his traditional curry plantain and a green life salad with cashew cheese. Additionally, he will collaborate with a renowned South African chef for a special cooking session.

Visitors to the show can sample Dr Aris’s creations at his eatery stand, purchase his products, and engage with him personally. The 77-year-old health enthusiast is dedicated to spreading the message of the power of fresh, living foods in enhancing vitality and overall well-being. He is excited to explore the abundance of fresh South African ingredients and healthy cuisine showcased by exhibitors at the event.
