The 2025 JoySports Invitational Tournament concluded at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium with an exciting medal and trophy presentation ceremony. The event was the culmination of weeks of preparation and a day filled with thrilling competitions.
One of the standout moments of the ceremony was GOIL PLC’s victory in the football competition. The team emerged as champions after a closely contested match that garnered loud cheers from both staff and supporters.
Dignitaries, corporate leaders, and athletes came together for the closing ceremony to celebrate the spirit of teamwork and sportsmanship that defined the tournament. Medals and trophies were awarded to outstanding institutions across 15 different sporting disciplines, including football, volleyball, basketball, tug of peace, swimming, table tennis, lawn tennis, sack race, lime and spoon, arm wrestling, and the CEO Penalty Shootout.
The trophies sparkled under the stadium lights as corporate champions proudly hoisted them high, symbolizing not only their victory on the field but also the values of teamwork, endurance, and resilience. Participants who did not emerge victorious still left with the spirit of sportsmanship and strengthened bonds of camaraderie.
