Mrs Shimitte Bello Love, Special Adviser to Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on Trade and Export, Passes Away
The Delta State community is in shock following the tragic passing of Mrs Shimitte Bello Love, the Special Adviser to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on Trade and Export.
While the circumstances surrounding her death remain unclear, there are speculations pointing towards her husband, Pastor Love, as a potential suspect in this heartbreaking incident.
Confirming the news, the Public Relations Officer of the Delta State Police Command, SP Bright Edafe, shared that Shimitte was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital where she was rushed to.
Edafe further elaborated, stating, “The husband is currently under protective custody. He reached out to us, expressing concerns about potential threats from the deceased’s family who suspect his involvement in her demise.”
He continued, “Upon receiving this information, we ensured his safety by accompanying him to a secure location. However, the family formally lodged a complaint accusing him of being responsible for her death. Consequently, a comprehensive investigation has been initiated.”
“In such cases, a post-mortem examination will be crucial in determining whether her passing was a result of natural causes or foul play,” Edafe added.
The authorities have assured the public that a thorough probe will be conducted, with plans in place for an autopsy to establish the exact circumstances surrounding Shimitte Love’s untimely demise.
