The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) recently announced the scheduling of Nigeria’s final 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The matches are set to take place on November 14 and 18 against the Republic of Benin and Rwanda, respectively.
The Matchday 5 clash against Benin Republic will be held at the Stade Felix Houphouet-Boigny on November 14, with kickoff at 8 p.m. Nigeria time. Issa Sy from Senegal has been appointed as the referee for the match, with Djibril Camara and Nouha Bangoura as assistant referees, and El Hadji Amadou Sy as the fourth official.
In addition, Rene Williams Sere from Côte d’Ivoire will serve as the commissioner, while Inacio Manuel Candido from Angola will be the referee assessor for the game.
The Matchday 6 encounter against Rwanda is scheduled for November 18 at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, with kickoff at 5 p.m. Moroccan officials have been appointed for this match, with Samir Guezzaz as the referee, Zakaria Brinsi and Abdessamad Abertoune as assistant referees, and Kech Chaf Mustapha as the fourth official.
Prosper Harrison Addo from Ghana will act as the match commissioner for this game, while Somalian Ali Mohamed Ahmed will serve as the referee assessor.
