At the tender age of 17, Dempsey embarked on her journey as a nail technician, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for beauty. Despite her early success in the industry, she decided to pursue a career in education, following in her mother’s footsteps. However, fate had other plans for her as she found solace and purpose in the art of nail care.

Struggling to breathe, she was faced with the stark reality of the overwhelmed healthcare system and the grim consequences of the pandemic.

Thanks to the timely intervention of an ECMO machine, Dempsey defied the odds and fought bravely for her life. Despite witnessing the loss of others around her, she remained steadfast in her resolve to overcome the virus and emerge stronger than ever.
