From fur coats courtside at an NBA game to glamorous game reserve getaways, the flamboyant businesswoman Shauwn ‘MaMkhize’ Mkhize has been making headlines lately. Despite the ongoing saga surrounding her, she remains silent as her luxury cars are being auctioned off by the South African Revenue Service (Sars) and her football club, Royal AM, faces financial difficulties.

Known for her opulent lifestyle, MaMkhize has been seen living the high life, from courtside at an NBA game in Pretoria to enjoying luxury safari trips. However, as the public scrutiny grows and questions arise about her ties to individuals mentioned in a recent briefing by KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, MaMkhize has chosen to stay mum.

The fall of Royal AM, once a prominent force in South African football owned by MaMkhize, has sent shockwaves through the PSL. Reports suggest that the team’s status has been revoked due to financial issues, while Sars is auctioning off luxury cars linked to her name.

Despite the mounting legal woes, MaMkhize has continued to live lavishly, posting on social media and attending high-profile events. General Mkhwanazi’s recent allegations about individuals with ties to criminal networks have only fueled the speculation surrounding MaMkhize, with many questioning the the source of her ongoing financial stability.

MaMkhize is no stranger to controversy, having been convicted of tax fraud in 2005 and paying back millions to Sars. Her construction company, Zikhulise Cleaning, Maintenance and Transport, has also faced scrutiny for irregular municipal contracts. However, she has managed to reinvent herself as a TV star, philanthropist, and luxury lifestyle icon.

Online reactions to MaMkhize’s silence and extravagant lifestyle have been mixed, with some questioning her untouchable status while others find her silence suspicious. As she continues to flaunt her looks and luxury online, the public is left wondering about the true story behind the facade.
