Netflix has a jam-packed lineup for the summer of 2025, with a slew of original programming set to premiere throughout June. While fans eagerly await the final season of “Stranger Things,” there are plenty of new shows and seasons to tide them over.

One highly anticipated release is the return of “FUBAR” for its second season on June 12. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Monica Barbaro reprise their roles as father and daughter secret agents, Luke and Emma Brunner. This season, Carrie-Anne Moss joins the cast as Greta Nelson, a mysterious woman who may have a connection to Luke.

Another popular show making a comeback is “Squid Game,” which will air its third and final season on June 27. Fans of the medical drama “Grey’s Anatomy” can also look forward to binge-watching season 21, available in its entirety starting June 14.

In addition to these fan favorites, Netflix is adding a variety of new and returning shows to its platform in June. From action-packed series like “The American” and “K.O.” to heartwarming dramas like “Mercy For None” and “The Survivors,” there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

For movie buffs, Netflix is also adding a selection of films to its catalog in June. Classics like “The Birds,” “The Blues Brothers,” and “Rear Window” will be available for streaming, along with modern hits like “Now You See Me” and “Us.”

Whether you’re in the mood for a thrilling action series or a feel-good movie night, Netflix has you covered this June. So grab your popcorn, settle in on the couch, and get ready to dive into a summer of entertainment on the popular streaming platform. The Impact of Social Media on Mental Health

Social media has become an integral part of our daily lives, with millions of people around the world using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to connect with others, share their thoughts and experiences, and stay informed about current events. While social media has many benefits, it also has a dark side that can have a negative impact on our mental health.

One of the main ways in which social media affects mental health is through comparison. When we scroll through our feeds and see our friends and acquaintances posting about their seemingly perfect lives, it’s easy to feel inadequate and unhappy with our own lives. This can lead to feelings of jealousy, low self-esteem, and even depression. Research has shown that spending too much time on social media is associated with higher levels of anxiety and depression.

Another way in which social media can impact mental health is through cyberbullying. With the anonymity that social media provides, people can say hurtful and harmful things without facing any consequences. This can lead to feelings of shame, embarrassment, and isolation in the victim, and can have long-lasting effects on their mental well-being.

Furthermore, social media can also contribute to feelings of FOMO, or fear of missing out. When we see our friends posting about parties, vacations, and other exciting events that we weren’t invited to, it can make us feel left out and lonely. This can lead to feelings of inadequacy and a sense of not belonging, which can be detrimental to our mental health.

Despite these negative impacts, there are ways to use social media in a healthy and positive way. Limiting the amount of time we spend on social media, unfollowing accounts that make us feel bad about ourselves, and practicing mindfulness and self-care can all help mitigate the negative effects of social media on our mental health.

In conclusion, while social media has many benefits, it can also have a negative impact on our mental health. By being mindful of our social media usage and taking steps to protect our mental well-being, we can ensure that we are using social media in a healthy and positive way.
