President-elect Donald Trump Attends UFC Fight Night at Madison Square Garden

US President-elect Donald Trump made a grand entrance at Madison Square Garden on Saturday for a UFC heavyweight bout, receiving cheers from fans as he entered the arena. Accompanied by UFC CEO Dana White, a vocal supporter of Trump’s campaign, the president-elect was joined by a lineup of prominent allies.

In the audience were key figures like Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, who have been selected by Trump to lead his proposed Department of Government Efficiency. Also present was Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump’s nominee for health secretary, who arrived at the event with the president-elect on his private plane. Former congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, Trump’s choice for director of national intelligence, was also among the attendees, along with Trump’s sons Eric and Don Jr., and musician Kid Rock.

The crowd erupted in chants of “USA, USA” as Trump acknowledged the audience and exchanged greetings with UFC commentator and podcast host Joe Rogan, a vocal advocate. A video montage showcasing highlights from Trump’s campaign played on the venue’s large screen, concluding with the numbers “45” and “47,” symbolizing Trump’s previous and upcoming presidencies.

Sitting ringside with Musk, Trump enjoyed the evening’s fights, maintaining his longstanding connection with the UFC. His involvement in combat sports dates back to the early days of the UFC, where he hosted events at his casinos. Fighters like Jim Miller, who publicly endorsed Trump’s efficiency initiatives after his victory, have also shown their support for the president-elect.
