Peter Shalulile: A True Legend in the Making

Peter Shalulile’s journey in the Premier Soccer League continues to impress fans and critics alike. The Namibian striker has solidified his position as one of the greatest goalscorers in PSL history, with his recent milestone of scoring his 100th goal for Mamelodi Sundowns in their victory over AmaZulu.

Shalulile’s consistency in finding the back of the net is remarkable, having reached double figures in goals for the fifth consecutive season with Sundowns. Despite a slow start to the current campaign, the 31-year-old proved his class with a goal-scoring spree that has seen him net six goals in all competitions in 2025.

Champions League Heroics

One of Shalulile’s standout performances came in the Caf Champions League group stage match against Maniema Union, where he turned the tide in Sundowns’ favor with a crucial equalizer and forced an own goal in stoppage time to secure victory.

His impact on the team was once again evident in the recent clash against AmaZulu, where he sealed the win with a composed finish after a brilliant assist from Khuliso Mudau.

With Sundowns on course for success in multiple competitions this season, Shalulile’s presence upfront is a major asset that is sure to yield more goals and memorable moments for the fans.

As Shalulile continues to showcase his goal-scoring prowess and leadership on the pitch, he cements his legacy as a true legend in the making for Mamelodi Sundowns.
