SanlamAllianz has recently introduced its newest product, DreamBuilder, a unique life assurance policy that serves dual purposes of providing financial protection for loved ones and serving as an investment tool for the future. The product was officially launched on 29th November 2024 at Allied Heights, showcasing the company’s commitment to delivering innovative financial solutions to the Ghanaian market.

DreamBuilder offers life coverage in the event of the policyholder’s death, ensuring the financial security of their family. Additionally, it functions as a savings vehicle, allowing individuals to build wealth for their future. Tawiah Ben-Ahmed, the Chief Executive Officer of SanlamAllianz Life Insurance Ghana Ltd, emphasized that DreamBuilder aligns with the company’s goal of addressing the diverse needs of Ghanaians by combining protection and investment in one flexible product.

“This launch marks another step in the company’s mission to offer comprehensive, accessible financial services to the local community. We are unveiling not just a product, but a bold step in helping Ghanaians realize their aspirations and achieve their dreams. We are offering peace of mind,” stated Ben-Ahmed.

The product has been digitalized to cater to the needs of younger customers. Acting Commissioner of Insurance, Mr. Kofi Andoh, believes that DreamBuilder will play a significant role in shaping the financial future of the youth. He emphasized the importance of young people not abandoning their dreams due to fear, and how DreamBuilder has been designed to help them move forward.

SanlamAllianz, a joint venture between Sanlam and Allianz, was established in September 2023 with the aim of promoting financial inclusion across Africa. The company offers a range of non-banking financial services tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals and businesses across the continent.

This innovative approach underscores the company’s commitment to making financial services more accessible and user-friendly for its customers in Ghana and beyond.
