The recent NFL match day 13 fixtures in the NWFL Premiership had some surprising outcomes that kept fans on the edge of their seats. Naija Ratels pulled off a stunning away win against Delta Queens in Asaba, thanks to goals from Sofiat Bankole and Rita Tsebee. This victory has kept their Super Six aspirations alive and showcased their fighting spirit.

Meanwhile, in Lafia, Nasarawa Amazons’ unbeaten streak came to an end as Jenat Akekeromowei’s late goal secured a win for Edo Queens. Confluence Queens managed to edge out Ekiti Queens with a narrow victory, while Benue Queens showed great resilience by rallying twice to secure a 2-2 draw against Adamawa Queens in a thrilling encounter.

However, the Abia Angels vs. Remo Stars Ladies game was unfortunately postponed due to a waterlogged pitch following heavy rainfall. The match had to be halted after 23 minutes with a scoreline of 0-2 in favor of Remo Stars Ladies. The game is set to resume on Thursday at 8:30 am to determine the final outcome.

The NWFL Premiership Match Day 13 results were as follows:
– Benue Queens 2-2 Adamawa Queens
– Dannaz Ladies 1-0 Heartland Queens
– Confluence Queens 1-0 Ekiti Queens
– Ibom Angels 1-0 Robo Queens
– Delta Queens 0-2 Naija Ratels
– Bayelsa Queens 1-0 Rivers Angels
– Nasarawa Amazons 1-0 Edo Queens

These results have added more excitement and unpredictability to the NWFL Premiership, showcasing the competitiveness and talent within the league. Fans can look forward to more thrilling matches as teams continue to battle it out for a spot in the Super Six.
