The CEO of Mobus Properties Limited, a pan-African real estate developer, has issued a formal apology to the Inspector General of Police of Nigeria, Kayode Egbetokun, and the Nigerian Police Force regarding recent tensions surrounding the ownership controversy of River Park Estate in Abuja.

In a letter addressed to the Nigerian Police, Kojo Ansah Mensah expressed his “deepest and most sincere apologies” for any past statements or actions that may have strained relations with the law enforcement agency. The apology comes in the aftermath of an unauthorized protest at the Nigerian High Commission in Accra, which Mobus Properties disavowed and stated does not align with the company’s values.

The statement emphasized Mobus Properties’ respect for law enforcement institutions and regret for any embarrassment or inconvenience caused to the Nigerian Police Force. The company reiterated its commitment to cooperate fully with legal proceedings in Nigeria and reaffirmed its respect for the professionalism and impartiality of the Nigerian Police Force.

Headquartered in Accra, Ghana, Mobus Properties is known for its residential and commercial projects in Accra, including Knight Court, Phoenix Villas, and The Lincoln. The company’s expansion in West Africa highlights its dedication to maintaining strong institutional relationships across the region.

As legal matters surrounding the River Park Estate ownership continue to unfold, Mobus Properties’ apology underscores its ongoing support for the Nigerian Police Force and appreciation for the service they provide to society.
