The couple’s daughter, Sophia, shared a TikTok video showcasing their family’s reactions before and after watching the hit movie based on the 2003 musical. In the clip, each family member shares their name and how many times they’ve seen the movie, with Kyle and Mauricio both watching it for the first time.
After the movie, Kyle and her daughters were emotional wrecks, with Kyle even tearfully telling the camera operator to stop filming her sobbing. However, Mauricio was nowhere to be found after the movie ended. It wasn’t until later at the family’s cabin that the girls were able to show fans Mauricio’s reaction to the movie.
Surprisingly, Mauricio had already returned home before the rest of the family, as he reportedly left “Wicked” before it concluded. This decision shocked his family, who couldn’t believe he would miss the ending of such a highly anticipated film.
This incident comes after Mauricio and Kyle recently reunited in Aspen for a vacation. Despite their estrangement, they continue to spend the holidays together, with Kyle mentioning that they haven’t formally discussed divorce.
While Mauricio has been spotted spending time with other women in the city, including being caught locking lips with one outside a sushi restaurant, he seems to have no issue hanging out with his ex-wife. It appears that Mauricio may not be a fan of sentimental movies, but he’s still willing to spend time with his family, even if it means leaving a movie early.
