The Lesotho Football Association, represented by Secretary General Mr. Mokhosi Mohapi, participated in the FIFA Executive Football Summit held on the sidelines of the FIFA Club World Cup in Miami, USA.
Initiated in 2016, the FIFA Executive Football Summit serves as a platform for dialogue and collaboration between FIFA Member Associations (MAs) and the FIFA leadership.
The recent Summit, attended by 68 MAs, featured an address from FIFA Secretary General Mr. Mattias Grafstronlm. The event also included a panel discussion with renowned footballers such as 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup Winner Heather O’Reilly and two-time World Cup Winner with Brazil, Ronaldo. Additionally, participants engaged in four breakout sessions to discuss strategic topics including FIFA Women’s Football competitions, FIFA youth football competitions, FIFA Series, FIFA Forward, and other FIFA initiatives.
