Kevin De Bruyne Joins Napoli After Decade at Manchester City

After a decade of legendary performances at Manchester City, Kevin De Bruyne has officially made his move to Napoli. The Belgian midfielder bid farewell to City in an emotional message, expressing his gratitude to the club and fans for their unwavering support over the years.

Despite being surprised by the lack of a contract offer from City, De Bruyne remains confident in his abilities to compete at the highest level. While clubs in Saudi Arabia and the United States showed interest in the 33-year-old, he ultimately decided to continue his career in Europe.

Napoli’s persistence in pursuing De Bruyne has paid off, as they announce the signing of the experienced midfielder on a free transfer. The club took to social media to celebrate the arrival of a player known for his leadership qualities and world-class talent.

Having excelled in Belgium, Germany, and England, De Bruyne is now poised to make his mark in Serie A for the first time. His addition to Napoli’s squad comes at a crucial time as they seek to reclaim domestic glory and make a strong impact in the Champions League.
