Gospel singer Joyce Blessing has thrown her full support behind King Paluta in his bid to win the coveted Artiste of the Year award at the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA). In a recent interview with Roselyn Felli on Joy Prime’s Changes, Joyce Blessing commended King Paluta for his unwavering dedication and outstanding performance over the past year. She expressed her belief that King Paluta truly deserves the accolade and praised him for his exceptional talent.

However, Joyce Blessing also expressed concerns about the unpredictability of the music industry, hinting that there might be unforeseen circumstances that could prevent King Paluta from clinching the award. She refrained from delving into specifics but emphasized that in Ghana, anything can happen.

Joyce Blessing recently collaborated with King Paluta on a song titled “Correct,” where she witnessed firsthand his musical prowess. She lauded King Paluta for his exceptional performance on the track and reiterated her belief in his capabilities.

While Joyce Blessing remains hopeful that King Paluta will emerge victorious, she also acknowledged gospel group Team Eternity Ghana (TEG) as a worthy alternative. She emphasized that TEG has put in significant effort to earn their nomination and deserves recognition.

The competition for the TGMA Artiste of the Year award is stiff this year, with notable artists like Kweku Smoke, Stonebwoy, Joe Mettle, King Promise, and Black Sherif vying for the top spot. Last year, Stonebwoy beat out King Promise for the title, and this year promises another intense battle.

King Promise, who is considered a frontrunner alongside King Paluta, addressed rumors of foul play to deny him the award for the second year in a row. He reassured his fans that he and his team are focused on securing victory and urged them to stay tuned for an exciting awards ceremony.

As the music industry gears up for the 2025 TGMA awards, all eyes are on King Paluta and his fellow nominees as they vie for the prestigious Artiste of the Year title. With the unwavering support of Joyce Blessing and fans alike, King Paluta is poised to make a strong statement and showcase his musical prowess on the grand stage.
