article focuses on the importance of embracing “good-enough sex” in long-term relationships to maintain a healthy and satisfying intimate life. It highlights the fact that striving for perfection in sex can lead to unnecessary pressure and unrealistic expectations, ultimately causing dissatisfaction.

The article emphasizes the benefits of scheduling sex, as it can make couples more comfortable and relaxed, leading to a more enjoyable experience. Communication is also highlighted as a crucial aspect of good-enough sex, encouraging partners to openly discuss their wants and needs before, during, and after sex.

Furthermore, the article stresses the importance of engaging the brain in sexual activities, as the mind plays a significant role in arousal and pleasure. It also mentions that sex can improve with age, as long as couples are willing to adapt and explore new ways of intimacy that cater to their current needs and preferences.

The article concludes by emphasizing that good-enough sex is about pleasure, not performance, and encourages couples to focus on enjoying the experience rather than worrying about meeting certain expectations. By embracing the concept of good-enough sex, couples can cultivate a fulfilling and satisfying intimate life that evolves and grows over time. the perspective of a business owner who has successfully pivoted their business during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a business owner, navigating the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic has been no easy feat. Like many others, I found myself facing a sudden and unexpected shift in the way I operated my business. However, instead of letting these challenges overwhelm me, I decided to pivot my business in order to adapt to the new normal.

One of the first steps I took was to assess the impact of the pandemic on my business. With restrictions in place and consumer behavior changing rapidly, I knew that I had to come up with innovative solutions to stay afloat. I quickly realized that my traditional business model was no longer sustainable, and I needed to make some significant changes.

I decided to focus on my online presence and ramp up my digital marketing efforts. With more people staying at home and shopping online, I knew that this was the way forward. I invested in creating a user-friendly website, optimizing my social media channels, and implementing targeted online advertising campaigns.

In addition, I expanded my product offerings to cater to the changing needs of consumers. I introduced new services such as contactless delivery and virtual consultations to make it easier for customers to interact with my business. By listening to feedback and staying attuned to market trends, I was able to tailor my offerings to meet the demands of the current situation.

Furthermore, I prioritized the health and safety of both my employees and customers. I implemented strict hygiene protocols, provided personal protective equipment, and enforced social distancing measures in my physical store. By taking these proactive steps, I was able to build trust with my customers and reassure them that their safety was my top priority.

Overall, the pandemic has been a challenging time for businesses everywhere. However, by staying agile, innovative, and responsive to change, I was able to pivot my business successfully and emerge stronger on the other side. I have learned valuable lessons along the way and am confident that my business is now better equipped to face whatever challenges may come our way in the future.
