Retired Hollywood Actress Dalyce Curry Dies in Los Angeles Wildfires
The entertainment industry mourns the loss of Dalyce Curry, a beloved retired Hollywood actress known for her roles in iconic films such as “The Blues Brothers,” “The Ten Commandments,” and “Lady Sings the Blues.” Tragically, Curry passed away at the age of 95 in the devastating wildfires that continue to ravage Los Angeles.
Authorities confirmed that Curry’s remains were discovered in her burned-out home in Altadena, California, where she resided.
On the evening of January 7th, Curry was last seen by her great-granddaughter, Dalyce Kelley, who dropped her off at home. The following morning, Kelley attempted to check on her but was unable to access the area due to police barricades.

Expressing her grief, Dalyce Kelley shared a heartfelt message on Facebook, honoring her great-grandmother with the hashtag #RIPMOMMADEE. She reminisced about their cherished moments together and described the loss as devastating.
