Former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham found himself in hot water once again after being arrested in Florida earlier this month, as reported by TMZ Sports. The 35-year-old was pulled over in Tallahassee on Oct. 10 for allegedly speeding at 78 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, with his two children in the car with him.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol incident report, Bradham admitted to driving despite knowing that his license was suspended. This was not the first time he had committed this offense, as stated by the officer in the report. Additionally, during the stop, it was discovered that Bradham had an active warrant for possession of a controlled substance in Leon County.
After being stopped, Bradham was taken into custody and taken to a nearby jail, where he was photographed for a mug shot. He was later released but now faces a felony charge of driving while license suspended or revoked in Wakulla County, according to court records.
This is not Bradham’s first brush with the law. In 2021, he was arrested after police found over three pounds of marijuana and guns in his Corvette. Despite his legal troubles, Bradham had a successful career in the NFL, being drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He later joined the Eagles in 2016 and was a key player in their Super Bowl win.
Throughout his career, Bradham amassed 619 total tackles in 116 games, showcasing his talent on the field. Despite his on-field success, Bradham’s off-field behavior continues to land him in trouble with the law.
