In an interview with The Citizen, Berita shared that her decision to further her education was motivated by a desire to enhance her leadership and business skills within the ever-changing creative industry.
“This achievement symbolizes growth and resilience. I was driven by a desire to navigate the music business more effectively and create a lasting impact as a creative entrepreneur,” she explained.

Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, Berita is not slowing down when it comes to her music career.
She is gearing up to release new music while continuing her studies, with a focus on merging creativity, business acumen, and social impact.
Excitingly, Berita has several performances lined up for the year, including the prestigious Standard Bank Joy of Jazz on 26 September and the Mayibuye iAfrika Concert at Joburg Theatre on the 28th and 29th of June.
