Diddy is currently facing a new rape allegation that dates back to before he rose to fame. The alleged incident took place during a charity basketball event at the City College of New York in December 1991. The event was co-sponsored by Sean “Puffy” Combs, who was a then up-and-coming producer.

The accuser, who is filing as Jane Doe, claims that she and a friend were invited to the event by an unnamed rapper. Upon arriving, they found the crowd outside to be large and unruly. The woman convinced a security guard to let them in early.

Once inside, they couldn’t locate the rapper they were there to see. They were led to an office in the gym locker rooms where Combs had a makeshift dressing room. At the time, she did not know who Puffy was and asked for his help in meeting up with her rapper friend. Combs agreed to assist her.

However, she alleges that Combs gave her a plastic cup containing Coca-Cola. After taking a sip, she immediately began to feel woozy. When she attempted to leave, Combs blocked her path. The lawsuit, filed by her attorney Tony Buzbee, states that Combs then began touching himself and fondling her. Despite her struggles, he overpowered her, pushed her down, tore off her underwear, and raped her.

After the assault, she informed Combs that she intended to tell her rapper friend about the incident. In response, Combs allegedly threatened her, stating that “people can come up missing” if she spoke out.

Following the assault, Combs left to attend to something at the event, allowing the accuser to find her friend and leave. Outside, chaos ensued as a stampede broke out due to the oversold event. Tragically, nine people lost their lives, and many others were injured. The headliner of the event was the late Heavy D, who was signed to Uptown Records, the label where Combs began his career.

As of now, there has been no response from Diddy’s camp regarding the new lawsuit. It is essential to await their comment on the matter.
