Standard Bank has once again been recognized as one of the World’s Most Trustworthy Companies in 2025, marking the 3rd consecutive year that the prestigious accolade has been bestowed upon the financial institution. This esteemed recognition, awarded by Newsweek in partnership with Statista, places Standard Bank in a select group of companies that have earned the confidence of their stakeholders through consistent performance, transparency, and purpose-driven leadership.
The evaluation process for this esteemed honor included survey responses from over 65,000 individuals across 20 countries, as well as sentiment analysis of more than 500,000 online mentions. Out of thousands of companies assessed, only one thousand made the final list, with Standard Bank being one of the 96 South African companies eligible for consideration. This recognition underscores the strength of Standard Bank’s reputation both locally and globally.
