Dr Musa Mthombeni, the former TV presenter, was overjoyed to be reunited with his wife, Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni, after her return home. While many were caught up in the excitement of the Durban July or chasing after free Bok tickets, Mthombeni was focused on welcoming his wife back with open arms.

In a heartfelt post on social media, Mthombeni expressed his happiness at having his wife back home, declaring that all was right in the world again. He humorously mentioned that the witches were down now that his “baby” was back. This public display of affection is nothing new for Mthombeni, who has always been vocal about his love for his wife.

Earlier in the week, Mthombeni had playfully posted about missing his wife while she was on a girl’s trip. In a lighthearted manner, he joked about offering a reward for her safe return and even created a mock wanted poster for her. His love and longing for his wife were evident in his posts, showcasing the playful and loving nature of their relationship.

In a separate post, Mthombeni shared a video of himself in a gown, standing in front of a screen displaying photos of Laurie-Mthombeni. Playfully pleading for her return, he expressed his eagerness to have her back home. His posts not only highlight the strong bond between the couple but also showcase Mthombeni’s playful and humorous side.

On the professional front, Mthombeni recently achieved a career milestone by being elected as a member of the young specialist forum in the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa (CMSA). This achievement was particularly special to him, and he encouraged others to find motivation in his success. Watching his friends and colleagues being admitted into the CMSA, Mthombeni expressed his pride in the new specialists and sub-specialists ready to serve the country.
