Vincencia Adusei, the visionary founder of VASE Ghana Estates, is on a mission to help Ghana’s diaspora not only build wealth but also deepen their cultural roots through a unique blend of real estate investment and immersive travel experiences. Her groundbreaking flagship project, Dichemso Vista, a luxurious 60-unit condo complex located near Kumasi’s new airport, is offering diaspora Ghanaians secure and profitable investment opportunities that also contribute to the economic development of Kumasi by creating job opportunities.

One of the key offerings by VASE Ghana Estates is a 14-day cultural tour across Ghana starting from December 22, 2025. This tour is designed to provide participants with a rich blend of heritage experiences, real estate insights, and a chance to explore the history and culture of Ghana. From the bustling city of Accra to the historic Cape Coast, participants will have the opportunity to meet local officials, engage with the community, and get an up-close look at Dichemso Vista, the jewel of VASE Ghana Estates.

Through this innovative initiative, Vincencia Adusei and VASE Ghana Estates are inviting the diaspora to not only reconnect with their roots but also to invest in the future of Ghana. By combining real estate opportunities with cultural immersion, Adusei is paving the way for diaspora Ghanaians to play a significant role in shaping the development and growth of their homeland.
