The owner of CBZ Management, Zev Baumgarten, is facing arrest warrants after failing to attend a code violations hearing regarding the condition of apartments under his management. The Aurora Municipal Court issued bench warrants for Baumgarten in seven cases, with a $2,000 bond set. However, the bond will convert to a personal recognizance bond if Baumgarten surrenders himself.

CBZ Management has been under scrutiny for the poor living conditions in several of its properties in the Denver area, including the Edge of Lowry apartments infamous for a viral video showing armed men in its halls. This incident led to allegations of a gang takeover in Aurora by former President Donald Trump.

This is not the first time Baumgarten has faced arrest warrants in the Denver area. In March, a Denver judge issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to appear for a disposition hearing related to the William Penn Apartments, which was eventually closed down by city officials due to its unlivable conditions.

Baumgarten has also filed a lawsuit against the city of Aurora in April, claiming that he is being targeted due to his practice of Orthodox Judaism. Baumgarten and his public relations firm have not responded to requests for comments on the recent arrest warrants.

The original article raises concerns about the living conditions in properties managed by CBZ Management and Baumgarten’s legal troubles. It also highlights the ongoing legal battles and allegations of discrimination against him. The rewritten content maintains the key points of the original article while providing a fresh perspective on the situation.
