Vision FC’s head coach, Nana Kweku Agyeman, is feeling positive about his team’s upcoming match against Heart of Lions at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex on Sunday, March 9, 2025, in the Ghana Premier League. The matchday 23 encounter promises to be a thrilling showdown between two competitive teams.

Heart of Lions, currently sitting in third place in the league standings, will be looking to bounce back from their narrow defeat to Hearts of Oak in their last game before the league was suspended. With just one point behind league leaders Bibiani GoldStars, Bashiru Hayford’s side will be aiming to secure a crucial victory to keep their title hopes alive.

Having recorded nine wins, six draws, and four losses in their 19 games so far, Heart of Lions has had a commendable campaign and will be a tough opponent for Vision FC.

On the other hand, Vision FC will be looking to build on their recent win against Accra Lions. Despite being just five points above the relegation zone, the newly promoted side has shown promising performances and is determined to secure their place in the top-flight for the next season.

Speaking ahead of the match, Nana Kweku Agyeman emphasized the importance of maintaining momentum and setting high expectations for his team. He expressed confidence in his players and the technical team’s preparations, highlighting their goal to secure a victory against Heart of Lions on Sunday.

In their previous league encounter, Heart of Lions emerged victorious with a 1-0 win in a closely contested game. This time around, Vision FC will be looking to turn the tables and secure a positive result on their home turf.
