Google has recently unveiled Android 15, presenting a host of exciting features for users. However, the update rollout may vary depending on the phone model.

If you happen to own a Nothing phone, you’ll be delighted to know that the brand has initiated the release of Nothing OS 3.0, which is powered by Android 15, for its devices.

As of December 2024, the update is now accessible for the following Nothing phone models:

  • Nothing Phone 1
  • Nothing Phone 2
  • Nothing Phone 3

Nevertheless, the update distribution is being conducted gradually to ensure a smooth transition and address any potential issues that may arise.

For users of the following devices, the update to Nothing OS 3.0 is scheduled to commence at the beginning of 2025:

The enhanced Nothing OS 3.0 introduces a range of features including a native gallery app with advanced search and editing capabilities, shared widgets on a customizable lock screen, and an AI-powered smart drawer for efficient app organization.

Moreover, users can anticipate improvements in quick settings, an upgraded pop-up view, refreshed typography, as well as various visual and performance enhancements across the system.

It is advisable to stay informed about the update status for your specific Nothing phone model, as there may also be an upcoming update to Android 16 in the future.
